7.) Dim the screen
This tip applies to a lot of devices and it does make a small difference. If there are plenty of ambient lighting around, you don’t require a brightly lit screen. To adjust the brightness, simply go to:
Settings > Brightness & Wallpaper > Drag the slider towards the left
8.) Avoid playing games that are rich in graphics
Games that are rich in graphics and sound can suck the life out of your battery very quickly, even more so if you’re playing multiplayer mode. Switch the game Sim City for something like Scoops instead.
Ensure that your iPad is updated with the latest firmware. If you’re unsure, just plug your iPad into your computer and “Check for Updates” in iTunes.
